How do I create a session?

Enter your name, name the session (optional), click "Create". An invite link is generated instantly. Share it with your team.

How do I join a session?

Open the invite link, enter your first name, pick your role. You're connected in real time, with nothing to install.

Is it free?

Yes, completely free and ad-free. Sessions, votes, PDF/CSV export, history: everything is included, with no subscription or hidden fees. Learn why it's free

Roles and participants

What's the difference between Voter and Observer?

The Voter picks their story points each round. The Observer follows the session in real time without voting. Ideal for a Product Owner or manager.

What does the Scrum Master do?

They facilitate the session: manage the backlog, start and reveal votes, restart a round in case of disagreement, validate the final estimation and move to the next story. See all features

Can a participant be removed?

Yes. The Scrum Master can remove a participant from the management panel at any time.

Vote and estimation

Which cards are available?

Agile Fibonacci scale: 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21 story points. Plus two special cards: "?" (can't estimate) and "☕" (break request). Why Fibonacci?

Can I change my vote?

Yes, until the reveal. Click your card again to change it, or on it to cancel your vote.

Can others see my vote?

No. Votes are hidden until the simultaneous reveal: it's the core Planning Poker rule to avoid anchoring bias. Learn more about Planning Poker

Who reveals the cards?

By default, the Scrum Master. They can also let any voter reveal, or enable automatic reveal as soon as everyone has voted.

What to do if estimates diverge?

The app shows the consensus level and the statistics (average, median, distribution). The Scrum Master can open the discussion, then start a new round. What are story points?

Story management

Can I add stories during the session?

Yes. The Scrum Master can add, edit or delete user stories from the backlog at any time, even during a running vote.

How do I reorder the stories?

By drag-and-drop, or via automatic sorting: by status, by estimate, by title or by creation date.

Timer and options

How does the timer work?

The Scrum Master starts a countdown (2 min by default). At zero, cards can be revealed automatically. The timer is visible to the whole team in real time.

Connection and reliability

What happens if I lose connection?

The app detects it and alerts you. Reconnection is automatic as soon as the network is back. You return to the session without losing your vote.

I closed my browser by accident. Is the session lost?

No. Reopen the invite link, you'll automatically find your session and your identity again. The history of past sessions is also available from the home page.

Export and results

Can I export the results?

Yes, as PDF or CSV. Plug your story-points estimates directly into Jira, Trello, Notion, Linear or any other backlog tool. See export features

Which statistics are shown after the reveal?

Mean, median, standard deviation and distribution of story points. The "?" and "☕" cards are counted separately so they don't skew the numbers.
